Weissr AI Features
Weissr has several features that use artificial intelligence (AI) to help you find, summarise and work with your capex data. Some are built into Capex Management and Capex Strategy. Others let you reach your Weissr data from an AI tool outside Weissr. This section collects them in one place, because most of them work across modules.
Which AI features does Weissr have?
Feature | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
Answers questions in plain language: finds and filters requests, shows property values, creates requests, looks up alternatives and explains how Weissr works. | Capex Management and Capex Strategy, from the Help menu | |
Writes a short overview of one request from all the data you can see on it. | Capex Management, from the request's context menu | |
Lets AI tools outside Weissr, such as Claude, find, read and create requests with your Weissr login. | Any AI tool that supports remote MCP servers |
What data do AI features use?
Every AI feature in Weissr works with the permissions of the user who uses it. It sees only the requests, alternatives and properties that user can already see in Weissr, and it cannot give anyone access to more.
📌 Note: AI answers can be wrong. Check important figures against the request or alternative before you act on them.
Where are AI features configured?
An administrator switches AI features on and off for the whole installation. They do not apply per user.
AI prompts: the instruction text used for AI Summary.
Chatbot configuration with Azure AI Foundry: the application settings that switch Weissr Assistant and each of its capabilities on.
Weissr MCP server: the application settings for the MCP server and the AI tools allowed to connect.
