References

Reference Settings Overview

In the Reference Settings, administrators can create links to important resources for users, such as internal investment policies, guidelines, or tools. These references allow users to easily access external resources directly from the Weissr platform, enhancing their workflow with relevant information.

References are managed through the Capex Management navigation menu, making it simple to provide users with the materials they need.

Creating and Editing References

To create or edit references, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Administration → Capex Management → References.

  2. Click + Create Reference to add a new reference.

  3. To edit an existing reference, click the pen icon next to the reference you want to modify.

  4. In the pop-up, enter the Name, URL (both required), and an optional Description.

  5. Click Save to finalize your changes.

To preview how the references will appear in the application, follow the link in the message: “References to external resources can be accessed from Capex Management navigation.”

Accessing References From Capex Management

Once created, references can be accessed via the navigation menu on the left side of the application, providing users with direct links to external resources right within Capex Management.
