Security

This section provides everything you need to efficiently manage Weissr users and maintain a secure environment. As an administrator, you have full control over user accounts, groups, and permissions, ensuring that everyone in your organization has the right level of access.

What You Can Do:

• Review Active Users: Quickly view all active users and their groups.

• Create & Manage User Groups: Organize users into groups for easier management and permission assignment.

• Assign Permissions: Set and adjust permissions for individual users and entire groups to ensure proper access control across the platform.

Security Tab Overview

Within the Security Tab in the admin console, you can manage:

• Users: Add, remove, or modify user accounts.

• User Groups: Create and manage groups for simplified user administration.

  • User/User Group Matrix: View and manage the relationship between users and user groups. This matrix allows you to easily assign or adjust group memberships, ensuring users are grouped appropriately. You can add or remove users from groups to streamline permissions management.

• Permissions: Assign and modify access levels to ensure users only see what they need.

  • Permission Matrix: Get a clear overview of permission assignments across users and groups. You can add new permissions or adjust existing ones directly in this matrix to maintain control over access levels.

• Blocked IP Addresses: Manage IP blocks to safeguard your platform from unauthorized access.

• Active Sessions: Monitor and manage current active user sessions.
