Planned Decision Dates

Planned Decision Dates

The Planned Decision Dates tab helps you manage reminders for decision-makers to complete their approval steps within the Capex Management Module. There are three types of reminder notifications available:

  • Planned Decision Date Approaching

  • Planned Decision Date Today

  • Planned Decision Date Missed

To ensure these notifications are sent, they must be enabled in Admin → Notifications → Notification Types, and configured within the Planned Decision Dates section.

Planned decision dates are optional parameters that users with permissions can set for each step in a request’s approval process. If no planned dates are set for a request, these notifications will not be sent. Users with the necessary permissions can assign planned approval dates for each step in the approval process.

Planned decision date notifications will only be sent if enabled, and a planned approval date exists for the step.
