How to make a new request visible to others
You would like to make your new request visible to others, let's see how
A request will only be visible to the original creator until they change the status of it.
In the requests list, find the request you want to make visible to others and open it.
When you are satisfied with your request, enter the Approvals tab (a Decision Route must first be selected to make the tab appear) and change the status of the request to In progress or Ready for decision in the Change status column.
If you want to make your request visible for other users (with permission) prior to decision, select In progress.
If you want your request to remain hidden, select Hidden.
