How to see why a decision step is not possible to approve
You would like to see why a decision step you have approval-permission for isn’t possible to approve
While in the Approvals tab, hover above the yellow info-icon that indicates a permission is being violated. A description explaining why the step can’t be approved will then show.
Only possible decision makers will see why the step can’t be approved
For non-decision makers, the description will only mention that the user don’t have permission to take a decision on that step
