AI Summary for Project Data

The AI Summary feature in Weissr Capex Management provides a quick, AI-generated overview of a single request. Instead of scrolling through multiple forms and sections, you can instantly see the key details that matter most, while ensuring that your data privacy and permissions are always respected.

The summary is created in real time using only the data you have access to. Once generated, it appears in a pop-up window and is not stored anywhere.

What’s included in the summary

The AI Summary automatically compiles available information from the request, including:

  • Request properties – All properties from available forms, even if empty (image properties are excluded)

  • Expenditure details & Outlay data– All expenditure details, including empty fields. Planned and actual investment amounts.

  • Decision information:

    • All request approvals and states and included details

    • All planned dates for all steps (if available)

    • All possible decision makers for the current step

  • Additional requests linked to the request:

    • Request name

    • Requested amount (property ID 22)

    • Creator

    • Whether it received final approval and who approved it

    • Beneficiary details for transfer requests

Note: Collaboration data, logs, and investment model information are not included.

How to generate an AI Summary

  1. Find the request you want to summarize.

  2. Click the context menu (three dots ⋮) and click “Summarize” (button name may vary based on your system’s configuration).

  3. The summary will appear in a pop-up window.

  4. You can copy the summary text directly from the pop-up.

  5. When you close the pop-up, the summary is cleared and no record is saved.

Important details

  • All data used is based on your permissions – You will only see information you are allowed to access.

  • You cannot select or exclude data to be included, the summary is generated from all available request data.

  • The summary is generated using a system prompt configured by your administrator. The default prompt is:

    "You are a skilled financial analyst with extensive experience in summarizing financial requests and evaluating property values. Your expertise lies in crafting clear and concise summaries that effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders."
