Follow these steps to create a new Strategic Building Block (SBB):

1. Navigate to the Strategy Development List.

2. Click the [+] button next to the Strategic Building Blocks header.

3. Enter the details for the new SBB:

   • Provide a descriptive name for the SBB.

   • Select the relevant site.

   • Configure the access settings as needed.

4. Click the Create button to save the new SBB.

✍️ Quick Edit Tip: You can quickly update the name of a Strategic Building Block (SBB) directly from the list. Simply hover over the SBB name and click the pen icon to make your changes.

To create a new Strategic Alternative, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Strategy Development List.

2. Click the [+] button next to the Strategic Alternatives header.

3. Enter the required details for the new SA:

   • Descriptive Name: Provide a clear and descriptive name for the SA.

   • Short Name: Enter a unique identifier for the SA.

   • SBB Selection: Choose the Strategic Building Blocks (SBBs) you want to combine in the SA from the provided list.

4. Click the Create button to save your new SA.

Duplicating a Strategic Building Block (SBB)

Duplicating an SBB allows you to create a new SBB based on an existing one. Follow these steps:

1. Select the SBB you want to duplicate from the list.

2. Open the context menu by clicking the three dots (···) next to the SBB name.

3. Choose "Duplicate" from the options.

4. In the pop-up window:

   • Enter a name for the duplicate SBB.

   • Select the site for the duplicate.

   • Click CREATE.

Result: The duplicated SBB will appear under the Strategic Building Blocks header as "Copy of [Original SBB Name]."

Duplicating a Strategic Alternative (SA)

Duplicating an SA is a quick way to test variations of an existing alternative. Follow these steps:

1. Select the SA you want to duplicate from the list under the Strategic Alternatives header.

2. Open the context menu by clicking the three dots (···) next to the SA name.

3. Choose "Duplicate" from the options.

4. In the pop-up window:

   • Enter a name for the duplicate SA.

   • Ensure no tick boxes are selected unless specific adjustments are needed.

   • Click CREATE.

Result: The duplicated SA will appear under the Strategic Alternatives header as "Copy of [Original SA Name]." It is a replica of the original SA and can be modified independently.

To edit an existing Strategic Alternative, follow these steps:

1. Select the SA you want to edit from the list.

2. Open the context menu by clicking the three dots (···) in the top-right corner.

3. Choose "Edit" from the available options.

4. Make the necessary changes:

   • Update the name of the SA.

   • Modify the short name (unique identifier).

   • Adjust the included SBBs as needed.

✍️ Quick Edit Tip: You can also quickly update the name or short name of an SA directly from the list. Hover over the SA name or short name, then click the pen icon to make your changes instantly.
