Model

What can you do in the Model tab?

In the Model tab, it is possible to scroll through the Cash Flow Model, as well as editing the data in it. It is important to know that Weissr models are divided in 4 periods:

  • Period 1 = Year 1

  • Period 2 = Year 2 → Current year -1

  • Period 3 = Current year → Current year +5

  • Period 4 = Current year +6 → End

A bit of knowledge about the color codes used might come handy when reading the Cash Flow Model:

  • White cells (no background) = either empty cells supposed to stay empty, or expression cells calculating their own data automatically in relation to other cells in the model.

  • Yellow cells = empty cells supposed to be filled with data manually (simple numbers or expressions).

  • Orange cells = cells indicating changes made to a white cell.

  • Green cells (only in SAs or SBBs) = cells indicating a manual change made directly in a yellow cell in the current SA or a SBB.

  • Blue cells (only in SAs) = cells indicating changes indirectly originating from SBBs or SAs that compose the current SA.
